真传丹道小周天功

贫道路经此地 见众生皆苦 故传下入门心法 待有缘人传承 发扬 以证道而立道 重现昔日辉煌

（ 真传丹道小周天功 ） 正确修习十多天后，即可“入静”，产生元阳真气；练功百曰后，可打通“小周天”；大约经过三百曰，真气便会凝结成“内丹”，形若弹圆，色同朱橘，永镇下丹田。至此，可得返老还童、延年益寿之效。

        功法在每曰子时（晚11∶00～凌晨1∶00）和卯时（凌晨5∶00～7∶00）（如无此条件，早晚练功即可），择一安静地方，盘膝而坐，头正身直，双目垂帘，舌抵上腭，全身放松，双掌相叠置于小腹处或抚于双膝上均可。摆好姿势后，双目内视下丹田（脐内一寸三分处），摒弃一切思虑、欲望、杂念，用自然顺腹式呼吸法，以鼻吸气，要求做到深、缓、匀、细，但不能勉力而行，须顺其自然。以意将吸入的气微微送入下丹田内，与先天而存、潜伏于下丹田处的元阳真气相接相合，融为一体。吸气后，稍作停闭，不用意力；自然地将气从鼻中轻轻呼出（以耳内无闻其声为准），呼气时，意念不要离开下丹田。如此一吸一呼为一息，息息归根，反复习练。开始可先练十多分钟，以后随功力进展，逐渐延长。

     功法要领在功法锻炼中，随着意、息的高度协调统一，当思绪已完全平息，身心进入完全松静的状态时，忽然会觉得下丹田一动，随之再动又渐温热，仿佛一团模糊之物从中超然而出，身心内外，有一股氤氤氲氲的虚无恍惚气象。如此情况，即是先天元阳真气产生，古气功术语称作“道自虚无生一气”。此时，练功者须守住心神，心不攀缘，亦不着相。具体来说，就是要做到既不欢喜，也不惊疑，更不要用思维去分析这到底是怎么回事。总之，应保持一种物我两忘的状态，无论功中境界如何玄妙，皆以平常心待之，本来如此，没什么好希奇的。可以说，练内丹功，即是一个磨炼心性的过程。练功者要不断磨去自己的执著心，千万不要去妄求速成。须知修习静功之事，实是半分勉强不得，越是心烦气躁，越不容易取得功效。所谓“欲速则不达”，诚为至理。

      不断练功，入静境界曰渐稳定，下丹田中的温热感，便缓缓弥漫开来，此时形神合一，仿佛全身都融入虚空之中。如能保持心性不为诸缘所动，意念达到如明镜，如止水，净莹澄澈，如入恍惚杳冥之中时，习者会感到下丹田气动，接着感到有一股强而有力的真气从下丹田开始流注循环，先达会阴，过尾闾，沿督脉上行，经夹脊，至玉枕，再到百会，顺前额下至面颊，过“鹊桥”（指舌），接入任脉，仍然回到下丹田。这就是人们所说的“气通小周天”。气通小周天后，真气可以沿着任督二脉，周而复始、如环无端地自动运转，愈炼愈纯，久之凝结成丹。

     习练丹道小周天功，有一个采“小药”的过程。精神虚极静笃后，则元神显现；元神显现，则元气生；元气生，则元精产。元精，即是炼就内丹的重要“药物”。元精产出后，阳气振作，丹田处会有一种温热、舒泰、畅美难言的感觉，同时外肾兴起。此时即闭目以意内视下丹田，呼吸的气息要深入该处，吸气时加意念，意随息而行，与元阳真气打成一片；呼气时不管它，随其自然。如此一吸一呼为一息，息息归根，意念集中于丹田。值得注意的是，吸气时意虽随息而行，但切不可执著于呼吸。大约十至数十息，外肾即会完全软缩，恢复常态。元精就被采回，归还于下丹田之中，复化为气态。此步功法，道家亦称为“炼精化气”。唯真气充足至一定程度，才会自动循小周天路线运行，打通三关，完成筑基之功。

     在气通小周天的过程中，若真气充足，循经而行时，神意要随着真气走；若真气不足而停下来时，则神意也要停下来，继续温养下丹田，待真气力量充实了，再顺其自然而行。此种情况，古气功术语称作是“彼是主来我为宾”，即让识神退位，元神主事，虚静无为，在真气的自动运行中，体悟自然之理。

     打通小周天，对修炼内丹功者来说，是一个至关重要的阶段，标志着本身功力取得了质变性的突破。功至此境，可保身无疾病。祖国传统医学理论认为：阴阳失调，乃百病之源。而小周天一旦打通，水火既济，达到高度的“阴平阳秘”，病源消除了，各种沉疴痼疾自会霍然而愈。如笔者自幼因先天不足，患了肺炎、肠胃炎等多种疾病，体质极弱，动不动就伤风感冒，数病齐发，苦不堪言。后来，所患肺炎又转化为肺结核，确诊时已是三期重症，名医束手，药石无效。绝望之际，幸遇恩师，从之修炼此丹道小周天功，数月后，身体即全面恢复健康，与以前相比，判若两人。由此可见，丹道小周天功的祛病强身作用，是十分巨大的。亦正因此，在内丹家看来，只有通过修炼小周天功，才能够彻底祛除致病根源，促进身心素质的全面提高，从而奠定进修高层次功法——丹道大周天功的基础。

     功理大道至简至易。此功练法虽然简单，但其功理却十分深邃。内丹家根据丹经中“效法天地”的思想，并结合自身的修炼实践，提出了以后天之气交结先天之气，使得气壮神满，结成内丹的理论和方法。认为意是性、神，元神为体，真意为用，真意是元神的动态。在练功中，通过调整心神，达到“自然无为”的先天境地，意气自然合一，呼吸之气就可随着真意的引导，深入到下丹田，与先天而存的元阳真气相接相合，将其激发出来，再经过“炼精化气”，不断补充人体因思虑而耗散的真元之气。真气愈积愈多，经小周天火候烹炼，神气相抱，便会凝结成内丹。内丹家认为，只有修炼出元阳真气，使其沿小周天路线运转，结成内丹，才能真正保证人体的健康，从而有可能进一步去探索生命的奥秘。

筑基炼己入门要诀   

      内丹入门功有二：   

      第一步为炼己，其功成标志为丹田气暖，肾如汤煎，气行带脉。   

      第二步为筑基，其功成标志为气通任督。此后，便进入后天返先天状态，一切有为之法皆不存在。社会上流传的文武火炼精、采大小药等有为之法，均属似是而非。   

      修炼内丹功，须先从有为之法入手，明了先后天及阴阳妙理。后天乃有为，先天乃无为。后天属阳、属动，阳中有阴、有静。先天属阴、属静，阴中有阳、有动。后天转化为先天，即阳转换成阴。后天阳中之阴转化为先天阴中之阳，即所谓“道至虚无生一气”、“无中生有”、“静极而动”。内丹功修炼达到返先天状态时，所有后天的有为之法、思维方式都不复存在，到此时练功者方真正进入内丹功之门。   

      现今，社会上流传内丹功之文武火炼精、采大小药、过三关之法，乃有为之法。当练功者返入先天状态，先天元气出现之时，如果用有为之法炼气，那岂不又落后天。众人不知先天真意（元神）在此的作用何等重要。   

      筑基阶段气通任督，此时之气称为营卫之气、混元之气。任督二脉皆通之后，进而修炼静定功境，即老子所谓“致虚极，守静笃”。当静极而动，阳生之时，即元始先天祖气到来之候。此时，玄关窍开，采取之法要求忘却一切思维，以无待有，恍惚之中以真意返光内照，真气绵绵。待先天气足之时，以真意引先天之气行走于由混元气所打通的任督二脉之中。一旦达到先天之气能在脉中行走，便开始了后天返先天的过程，从而正式进入内丹功修炼阶段。   

      一、炼己口诀   

          盘坐宁心，松静自然。唇齿轻合，呼吸缓锦。   

          手须握固，眼须平视，收聚神光，达于天心。   

          进入泥丸，降至气穴。绵绵若存，用之不勤。   

          丹田气暖，肾如汤煎。气行带脉，炼己功全。   

      炼己之法：当调身、调心达到要求后，接着慢慢将两眼神光从远处收至天心（两眉之中间），同时轻合上双眼。光聚天心又称回光，把神光回收至天心。然后引此神光进入脑中泥丸宫，再慢慢降光从中脉下至气穴。此处气穴位于两肾之间，脐后七分，命门前三分。行腹式停闭顺呼吸法：吸气时气入鼻孔缓慢吸入，沉至气穴，同时整个小腹部及两肾向外稍扩张。气吸至七分满时，闭住气，意守气穴。闭气时间总以不勉强力度。呼气时，气从鼻慢慢呼出。放松腹，两肾火热如汤煎，此为肾中精气发动，将要外出。精气若有自行走动之兆，此乃关键之时，立即引此精气行走带脉。带脉打通且顺畅之后，丹田气足矣。行功至此，效验自知。炼己功成，按行筑基。   

      二、筑基口诀   

          丹田气足，督任并行。防危虑险，依脉运行。   

          周天循环，畅通身融。气归丹田，功成法明。   

      当丹田之气充足之时，意运此气过督脉三关（尾间、夹脊、玉枕）入泥丸，顺任脉降中丹田，再降至下丹田。如此周天循环不已，脉路畅通。此时，全身精力充沛，目光炯炯，面色红润，气足神清，至此筑基功成。   

      筑基阶段，气通任督之时，须防危虑险。逐步打通督脉三关，不可心急烦燥，否则导致气血乱窜，走火出偏。这一阶段专炼混元丹田气，此气炼成不仅身强体健，可为人治病疗伤，而且可应用于武技之中。运气于胸腹可抗拳脚棍棒击打；运气至手掌测可开碑裂石。
